Na rúa Miño, cerca da Porta Miñá da Muralla Romana de Lugo, está o Centro de Interprestación do Camiño de Santiago. Ocupa o mesmo edificio que a Oficina de Turismo da Xunta de Galicia e precisamente onde está os restos dunha casa romana, e un pouco máis arriba, os restos do patio dunha vivenda baixo imperial (III-IV d.C).
O centro abre de luns a domingo en horario de mañá e tarde e o acceso é gratuito. É pequeno e vese pronto pero ten información de interese. Ademais de mapas do Camiño Primitivo conta con paneles que recollen a historua dun peregrino alemán do século XV que peregrinou a Santiago e realizou un folleto explicativo cunha mención expresa a Lugo e a súa muralla.
É accesible pola Oficina de Turismo e conta con baños adaptados.
